With more than three decades of professional experience, Fataneh Amirsayafi brings knowledge, dedication, and professionalism to her position as Director of Operations at Joseph & Friends.

Fataneh's educational achievements include a degree in Accounting from Iran University and a degree in Financial Management from Concordia University. Her career path also led her to the beauty industry, where she became both a Master Cosmetologist and a Master Cosmetology Instructor.

Since joining Joseph & Friends in 2021, Fataneh has utilized her expertise in financial management, operations, and cosmetology education to support the organization and its ongoing success. Her diverse qualifications allow her to contribute valuable insight across multiple areas of salon operations.

Fataneh's commitment to excellence and continuous professional growth has been a defining part of her career since 1990.

Nataliya entered the beauty industry after making a significant career change following her move to the United States in 2002. Before pursuing cosmetology, she worked in a corporate position with the IRS. Encouraged by her sister, a hairstylist, she decided to follow a different professional path and begin her training in the beauty field.

She completed two years of cosmetology education before becoming fully licensed. Since that time, Nataliya has continued to advance her skills through experience, education, and industry involvement.

Throughout her career, she has taken part in numerous hair and fashion shows and remains dedicated to expanding her knowledge through continuing education. By regularly attending training programs and classes, she stays current with new techniques, styles, and industry developments.
