Beauty has always been more than a profession for Joseph Golshani; it's a lifelong passion. Throughout his career, he has traveled extensively to study advanced techniques, gain new perspectives, and continuously grow as an artist. His goal has always been to help people look and feel their best through thoughtful, personalized service.

What sets Joseph apart is his ability to truly connect with his guests. He listens carefully, understands their vision, and combines experience with creativity to deliver results that feel natural, beautiful, and uniquely their own. His attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction have earned him the trust of generations of guests.

Joseph is also the author of Thanks to America Against All Odds, a book that shares his inspiring journey of determination, resilience, and pursuing opportunities through hard work and dedication. His story reflects the same values he brings to his salon every day.

A strong believer in education, Joseph created a training culture centered around continuous growth. His guiding principle, TLC—Teaching, Learning Continuously, encourages every team member to keep learning, improving, and delivering outstanding service.

Over the years, Joseph has been featured in various media outlets and received industry recognition, including being named Atlanta's Head Master in 1999. Today, he continues to mentor stylists, inspire creativity, and make a positive impact on every guest who sits in his chair.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys playing soccer, staying active, and spending quality time with his wife.

About Fataneh Amirsayafi

Fataneh Amirsayafi serves as Director of Operations at Joseph & Friends, applying her diverse experience to help guide and support the organization.

A graduate of Iran University with a degree in Accounting and Concordia University with a degree in Financial Management, Fataneh brings valuable business insight to the salon industry. In addition to her financial expertise, she is a licensed Master Cosmetologist and Master Cosmetology Instructor, reflecting her commitment to professional development and industry education.

Since beginning her career in 1990, Fataneh has gained extensive experience working across multiple disciplines. She joined Joseph & Friends in 2021 and continues to apply her knowledge, attention to detail, and operational expertise in her leadership role.

Her well-rounded background makes her an important part of the Joseph & Friends team and the guest experience delivered every day.

Hi I’m Jessie Archebelle  a licensed cosmetology apprentice at Joseph & Friends Salon & Spa, where I’ve been training under owner and Master Cosmetologist Joseph Golshani since July 2025. I love the way I’m developing expertise in precision cutting, customized color, and creating healthy, beautiful hair, with a refined eye for detail and a promising future in the industry.  For me every haircut is a unique creation.

I am passionate about creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every guest while helping them feel confident and cared for. As I continue to grow my craft, I look forward to building lasting relationships with clients.

Outside the salon, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, and spending time with my dog and family.
