Meet Joseph Golshani

A visionary stylist, educator, and entrepreneur, Joseph Golshani has dedicated his career to helping people look and feel their absolute best. His commitment to continuous learning has taken him across the globe, where he has studied advanced techniques, emerging trends, and the art of personalized beauty.

Joseph's approach begins with understanding the individual. Through meaningful consultations and an intuitive eye for detail, he creates customized looks that enhance natural beauty while reflecting each guest's unique personality and lifestyle. His goal has always been simple: deliver exceptional results while creating an experience that leaves guests feeling confident and inspired.

In 2009, Joseph authored Thanks to America Against All Odds, sharing a powerful story of perseverance, ambition, and the pursuit of opportunity. The same determination that shaped his journey continues to influence his work as a salon leader and mentor today.

A strong advocate for professional development, Joseph established his signature TLC philosophy—Teaching, Learning, Continuously to foster growth, creativity, and consistency throughout his team. His belief that education never stops has helped create a culture where excellence is both expected and celebrated.

Recognized through media features, television appearances, and industry honors, including being named Head Master in Atlanta, Joseph remains dedicated to elevating the salon experience for both guests and professionals alike.

About Fataneh Amirsayafi

Fataneh Amirsayafi is the Director of Operations at Joseph & Friends and has been a valued member of the organization since 2021. Her professional background reflects a unique blend of financial expertise, business management, and cosmetology education.

Fataneh holds a degree in Accounting from Iran University and a degree in Financial Management from Concordia University. In addition to her academic achievements, she is a certified Master Cosmetologist and Master Cosmetology Instructor.

Since beginning her professional career in 1990, Fataneh has developed extensive experience across finance, operations, and the beauty industry. Her broad range of knowledge allows her to support the day-to-day operations of the salon while contributing to the organization's long-term success.

Through her dedication, experience, and professional credentials, Fataneh continues to play an important role in helping Joseph & Friends maintain its commitment to quality and professionalism.
