I’ve been going to Joseph for years now, and he is the only person I trust when it comes to cutting my hair. He truly listens, takes his time, and you can tell he is genuinely passionate about the art of hair. In the past, I’ve gone to many stylists, explained exactly what I wanted, and somehow ended up with the complete opposite. This was my first time at Joseph and Friends and first time going to Ernesto. I have been to several stylist over rhe past couple years, brought the picture, and left with a haircut that looked nothing like i showed them... not a bad cut but not what I asked for. Until Ernest... he listed, he discussed, he reviewed... and he cut my hair as I asked him to. Usually, there would be nerves when going to a new stylist for the first time but he made me feel immediately at ease. Is he inexpensive? Nope. But my haircut is something for which, I am willing to pay.
I trust Jan to style my hair for all important occasions! Githa works hard to make sure appointments are made and confirmed. Thank you ladies! I am not one of the regulars at the Salon, but have visited the salon over the past 20+ years for some services. They always treat me warmly, with the utmost courtesy and always professional!! I've always wanted a perm and today Jan made my dreams come true! She patiently put hundreds of rods in my hair and answered all my questions about curly hair care. We were the last ones in the shop but Jan still took the care needed to get a lovely result. I'm so grateful!
