Nail Trends for the New Year

2020 is days away, and there's no better time than now to scope out the manicures you'll be experimenting with through the new year and beyond. We’ve got the scoop on some non-boring nail trends that should be on your radar right this very second. Take a look, and let us know which one you can’t wait to try. Here at Joseph & Friends, we offer a full range of nail treatments at our Roswell and Milton locations to suit your needs.

Creamy hues. The Oscar de la Renta runway models looked fresh and fancy with the prettiest combinations of oranges and pinks against taupes and creams. Nothing screams “I’m ready for spring” quite like these creamy hues will.

Micro french manicure. The 2020 version of the french manicure is super subtle and dainty, as seen on the models at the Khaite show. This year’s take is minimalist white tips and ultra-glossy bases, which is fantastic news for those that like to keep their nails on the short side.

Minimalist accents. Want to get in on the minimalist trend without going the french mani route? You’re in luck, because itty-bitty accents are on the rise, too. Consider this spring nail trend the low-key way to try out nail art.

Maximalist accents. On the totally opposite end of the spectrum, maximalist accents (think: over-the-top jewels and glitter nail polishes) are worth paying attention to if you’re into the statement-making trends.

Animal prints. Animal prints are going to continue into 2020, and not just on your clothing! Your nails will also be getting the animal treatment, as seen on the super-bold manicures at the Jeremy Scott show.

As you can see, 2020 will be a great time to have some fun with your nails, and Joseph & Friends is here to help! Book an appointment at our Roswell and Milton locations online, or download our free mobile app from the AppStore, Google Play, or Amazon.
