Deep Tissue Massage                                                                                                                                            

It is aimed at the deeper tissue of the muscle and uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, generally more intense pressure. It is more focused to release chronic muscle tension and knots.

Special form of massage used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility and prevent injuries.
